Ingredients and Procedure:
- Cut 1 small white onion, chopped into small pieces. Set aside.
- Unfroze a packaged of 24-pieces spring roll sheets.
- In a skillet, turn on the stove medium fire. Add coconut oil.
- Sauté the onions. Add the ground pork when the onions are golden brown.
- Simmer until golden brown.
- Add half a pack of mixed vegetables, previously frozen.
- Cook until done. Let it cool.
- Meanwhile, prepare the spring roll sheets.
- Wrap the spring roll. Freeze the rolls. Unfroze when ready to eat. Fry the rolls. Serve with ketchup.
