Ingredients and Procedure:
- Grate a spoonsful of parmesan cheese. Put in a salad bowl.
- Cut the beets into cubes. (I usually use the beets pre-cooked from France). Add it onto the bowl.
- Slice half of pink onions and add it onto the bowl as well.
- Squeeze half of lemon onto the salad mixture.
- Add a pinch of salt, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
- Add French’s dried onions and serve.
