Ingredients and Procedure:
- Wash lemon and cut into half. Squeeze half the lemon to get the juice on a salad bowl.
- Add 3 Tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Grate about 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Add into the bowl.
- Add the pre-washed San Marino salad onto the bowl. Mix it.
- Lastly, slice a pack of smoked salmon. Add it onto the bowl.
- Serve.
