Ingredients and procedure:
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Put a parchment paper on a baking pan. Set aside.
- Prepare the ground pork, about 1/2 kilo or 400 grams. Put it on a big bowl. Add salt and ground black pepper. Add a teaspoon of pork rind crumbs, preferably Pork King Good brand or parmesan cheese, grated.
- Add 1 egg to the meat mixture.
- Combine all the ingredients using your hands. Make a spoonful of the meat mixture and put on the prepared baking sheet on a pan. Makes about 15-20 meatballs.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. When checking if it’s ready, cut one meatball, if the color is not red anymore, then it’s ready.
- Take out from the oven and serve with rice and vegetables or a salad.
